The Foothills community is famous for its passion for the ice - and while hockey often takes the spotlight, we have an exceptionally talented Ringette association right here that is bringing the heat this winter. 

We want your business to be part of the energy at our 4th Annual Foothills Freeze Tournament, running from January 30- February 1, 2026 in High River and Okotoks. This is a premier event for female athletes, bringing together 350+ competitors and 28 teams from across Western Canada for a weekend of high-speed competition.

More than half of our 350+ athletes are from right here in the Foothills and Calgary area.
