Foothills Ringette Association is using the RAMP Team app to post teams' schedules as well as for the families of a team to send messages to each other.
Please note, there is no access to this app through your desktop.
The invite to join a team in the RAMP Team App is initially sent to the email address that was used to register your child.
This invite email provides instructions on how to download and sign into the app so that you can view the players schedule and communicate with the team.
You may need to check your junk folder if you haven't received the email.
Follow these steps to add additional people to your child's profile so that they can also access the team's information:
Log into your RAMP Team App.
Tap the "Gear Box" icon on the top right hand
Tap My Team Members
Tap your player's name
You will see four lines titled Parent Email Address (the first one will likely contain the email address you used to log into the app)
Enter up to three email addresses, one for each of the people you want to give access to your child's team schedule and messages
Please note that despite the title Parent Email Address, you can add grandparents, siblings, etc.
Tap Save
The people you have added will not receive a notification.
Therefore you need to email or message them these instructions:

Log into the app
If you don't have one already, you will need to create an account using your email address
Once logged in, you will see the team's home page
Tap the "Gear Box" icon on the top right hand > then Account Settings to complete your profile and select your notification preferences
