2025-26 Year End Banquet and AGM

It’s time to trade the skates for some dancing shoes! We are thrilled to invite our entire FRA community to the Highwood Centre in High River for our annual year-end celebration.

From U10-16, this night is for you!. We’ll be celebrating our players, coaches, and volunteers with a delicious catered taco buffet, awards, and a DJ to close out the season in style!

Event Schedule (Saturday, April 11)

• 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: **Annual General Meeting (AGM)
• 6:15 PM: Banquet Doors Open - come early to get a drink from the bar 
• 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Dinner & Awards
• 8:00 PM - Late: DJ and Dance Party

Tickets & Attendance

• Players & Head Coaches: FREE (Registration still required)
• Families/Guests: Tickets are available for purchase via the link below.
• Ticket Window: Sales open March 1st and close March 28th.
• Inclusion: Our goal is to have every family attend. If financial barriers are an issue, please reach out to your Team Manager or admin@foothillsringette.com for confidential arrangements.

We want to see your season highlights on the big screen! No accounts or sign-ups are needed—just click the link and start sharing.

• The Season Photo Drop: Start uploading your favorite photos and short videos from throughout the season now. These will be shown in a slideshow during the banquet so we can all celebrate our athletes' highlights together!
• The Photo Scavenger Hunt: Start now! There are 5 prompts to complete throughout the month of March and upload to the app, with another 10 prompts to tackle live during the banquet.

**Join the AGM Our AGM takes place just before the banquet (5:30 PM). While attendance is optional, your feedback is vital to our success. Attending the AGM only is free, but a ticket is required to stay for the banquet festivities afterward.
