FRA Volunteer Bond - Quick Reference

To keep registration fees low and ensure our programs run smoothly, each family is required to complete volunteer hours during the season.

Bond Amount: $400 per family (added to your RAMP account at registration; refunded/removed upon completion of volunteer requirements).

Credit System

• 2-Credit Roles (each credit ˜ 4+ hours):
  
  
• Head Coach
• Team Manager
• Board Member
• Tournament Committee
• Year-End Banquet Committee
  
  
• 1-Credit Roles (each credit ˜ 4 hours or less):
  
  
• All other volunteer roles (events, team treasurer, assistant coach, see the list in the policy)
  
  

Most families complete their credits easily through team and event opportunities.

How to Sign Up

• Visit the Volunteer tab on the FRA website to view and claim available opportunities.
  
  

Important Notes

• Volunteer credits must be completed by the end of the season to avoid bond charges.
  
  
• Some roles fill quickly - sign up early to secure your preferred spots.
